IGSA Executive Biographies

 

Heigo Goto, President

 Heigo has over thirteen years of experience in the gaming industry with a focused background in operations as well as in marketing.  He began his career at the Las Vegas Hilton and the Paris Hotel and Casino for Park Place Entertainment. Park Place then purchased Caesars Hotel and Casino and he then worked Caesars as VP of International Marketing. In 2011, he founded IGSA for the purpose of aggregating gaming industry talent and products. Along with its casino operations experience, IGSA is also the owner and distributor of MegaLive™, a patented live baccarat system.

 

Marcus Suan, Chief Operating Officer

 Marcus Suan is the former Chief Operating Officer for Intrepid Gaming, Marcus has over twenty years of experience in the gaming industry with a focused background in management, slot operations, and marketing. Most recently he opened and was General Manager of the Casino MonteLago for two and one-half years. He was Corporate V.P. of Slot Operations for Boyd Gaming overseeing fifteen casinos throughout the United States for three years. Marcus was Corporate V.P. of Slots and Slot Marketing for Coast Casinos for over ten years, and opened the Orleans, Suncoast, and South Point. He also worked at IGT when he first moved to Las Vegas at twenty years old.


Scott Walker, Chief Development Officer

 Scott is the former VP Business Development and General Counsel for Intrepid Gaming. At Intrepid, he opened the Casino MonteLago and worked there for two and one-half years. Prior to Intrepid, Scott was President of TBG Enterprises, Ltd., a consulting company focused on new technologies and banking within the gaming industry. Prior to TBG, he was CEO of VirtGame Corp., a gaming technology company that was sold to Progressive Gaming for $20 million. Scott has expertise in casino operations, gaming machines and systems, sports betting, online gaming, sale and license of intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions and gaming regulations.


Jackie Mobley, SVP Sales/Customer Service

 Jackie has over fourteen years of experience in the gaming industry with a background in sales, marketing, and customer service. Most recently Jackie was with Ditronics for three years where she started as V.P. of Western Regional Sales then was promoted to V.P. of National Customer Service. She began her career at JCM (Japanese Cash Machine) as an account/customer service representative. Jackie then went to work at Suzo-Happ Group as V.P. of sales, marketing and customer service for eleven years.

 

Michael Tomasello, Slot Operations

 In his former role as VP of Slot Operations at Intrepid, Michael was responsible for managing the daily slot operation at Casino MonteLago. Michael has over 30 years of experience working in senior level slot management positions with some of the top gaming corporations in the industry. He has developed and operated casinos in most of the major gaming jurisdictions, including Native American casinos in the U.S. He has also completed international projects in Aruba, Canada, Macau and Peru. He was also instrumental in the development of the ACSC casino system and was involved in the early development of the Bally SDS system.

 

Jessica Stone, Marketing

 Jessica has worked in marketing, advertising, and is a professional photographer.  Jessica most recently worked in Marketing at Casino Montelago where she created, mailed, researched, and designed all direct mail for the slot department. She designed all newspaper ads, in house art work, billboards, and promotional flyers for different promotions including food shots. She also created slot promotions, giveaways, rule sheets for monthly promotions, and executed all facets of the promotions.  Jessica has a great educational background including a bachelor's degree in communications from California State University Monterey Bay.

 

Don Logay, Public Relations/Media Communication

 Don is an award-winning journalist and former Editor-in-Chief of three national magazines.  He has over 35-years of experience in providing Corporate Communications for Fortune 500 companies and currently provides Public Relations and Media Communications services for numerous companies in the Gaming Industry. Don also writes tips for consumers that are syndicated and heard daily on hundreds of radio stations nationwide.

 

John Nowaczyk, Director of Gaming

 John has forty years of gaming experience in slots, table games, marketing, promotions, and management. Most recently he worked as Slot Manager at The Orleans casino. He opened the Suncoast (one of the best, most profitable openings in gaming) and was Slot Director for approximately 9 years. Before that John opened the Barbary Coast and was Slot Director for 20 years. He worked in the pit and slots at the Royal inn for eight years. John has worked on slot promotions, scheduling, slot changes, managing, and casino operations for almost forty years in all casino areas. John has the knowledge and experience to open and/or operate any new or existing casino.

 

Al Spriggs, Surveillance & Security

 Al has over 20 years experience in security and surveillance within the gaming industry. Al has worked as Director of Surveillance for American Casino Entertainment, Gaughan Casinos and Caesars Palace among others. Al has extensive knowledge of all table games and all areas of surveillance including the new digital technology.
